Run! It's Gojiiira!

A thing I love in Yugi is dropping gigantic abominations with no prior warning. Now, keep in mind, I'm not talking about building a combo during your turn and summoning something off it, nor am, I talking about having a Deck that aims towards Summoning really big things, like Ancient Gears for Chaos Giant. I'm talking about drawing 1 tech card from your maindeck, probably having followed some GY setup, and off that single card, Summoning some gigantic monstrosity out of nowhere. I am intentionally not including anything that's below 3100 ATK, despite how much I appreciate a "Pankratops" or "Swordsoul Iris".

Name: Dogmatika Nexus
Where to throw it: any deck that Link climbs

Yeah, I have mentioned this monstrosity in previous articles, but a 3200 ATK burn-dealing abomination coming at random from any Link deck is just hilarious. Technically you can stick it in every deck, but the point is to not bet on the opponent for pulling off its Summon, though hitting the opponent's GY while Summoning this thing is just salting the wound. Personally I run it X1 in both my irl "Marincess" and "Trickstars".

Name: Barbaroid, the Ultimate Battle Machine
Where to throw it: Speedroids

"Speedroids" are very much a combo deck, and believe me, the LAST thing your opponent expects is for your Set to be "Necro Fusion" and out of a single card Summoning a 4000 ATK death machine that attacks twice and burns for 2k. "Necro Fusion" will be pretty much a staple for the Fusions going forward btw.

Name: Quintet Magician
Where to throw it: Altergeist

"Necro Fusion" is even more ideal for Summoning this guy than "Barbaroid" from above, since "Quintet Magician" nukes the opponent's field on Summon, so it can be used as a disrupt on your opponent's turn. Now, there are a lot of Spellcaster decks that can easily run this: "Shaddolls", "Exosisters", "Witchcrafter", etc. but there is a reason why "Altergeists" are ideal: They are a control/lockdown deck, so randomly switching from a defensive, slow playstyle to a 4500 ATK gigachad that nukes really knocks the opponent off balance.

Name: Guardian Chimera
Where to throw it: any deck that runs a lot of monsters and wants them in the GY

While ideally you will Summon it using "Greater Polymerization" after already having the regular "Polymerization" in your GY in a Deck that Fusions, you can quite easily just play "Polymerization" in ANY deck that has monsters to get a powerful untargettable 3300 ATK beatstick that will renew your hand and clear the opponent's field a bit. I might as well include this guy in the Tech Support article, I'm just waiting for a reprint to drop him to a reasonable price.

Name: Machina Ruinforce
Where to throw it: any deck with high-Level Machines

Not much to say, just banish a bunch of machines, preferably just 2, and go nuclear on the opponent with a whooping 4600 ATK.

Name: Avida, Rebuilder of Worlds
Where to throw it: any deck that Link-climbs

8 Link monsters sounds like a lot... And it probably is. On the other hand it can also use the opponent's Links, and most Decks that link-climb dump about 4 Links in the GY for their basic combo anyway. The problem is that she will be a dead card in your hand for a minimum of 1 turn since she is the only Special you are allowed to do in a single turn, but on the other hand that's a Spell Speed 4 3500 ATK reset button.
